1. About these terms
Ham Dealer is operated by Qihistore LLC, a limited liability company registered in Montana, United States. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hamdealer.com and any purchase made through it. 2. Orders & acceptance
An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues β if payment was taken, it is refunded in full.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. This demonstration store processes test/sandbox transactions only.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment is received in full.
5. Returns
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Product information
We work hard to keep descriptions, photography and specifications accurate. Minor variations (e.g. natural produce size, packaging refreshes) may occur and do not constitute a fault.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
