30-day returns
Return any non-perishable item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging for a full refund to your original payment method. Start a return by emailing [email protected] with your order number β we’ll send a prepaid label within one business day.
The Freshness Promise
Perishable items can’t travel twice, so they’re covered differently: if any fresh item arrives damaged, below temperature or short of our standard, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it or refund it immediately. No box to return, no forms to fill.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse (or immediately for Freshness Promise claims). Banks typically post the credit within 3β5 business days after that.
Exchanges
The quickest exchange is a refund-and-reorder β but if you prefer, we’ll arrange a direct swap for a different size or variant where available.
Damaged or wrong item?
That’s on us. Email a photo to [email protected] and we’ll make it right the same day β replacement, refund or credit, your choice.
