How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery takes 2β4 business days anywhere in the United States. Express (1β2 days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm ET usually ship the same day.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on every order of $49 or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $5.99.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any non-perishable item in its original condition for a full refund. Perishables are covered by our Freshness Promise instead β if anything arrives below standard, we replace or refund it, no return needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Cash on Delivery. This demo store currently runs test/sandbox payments only β no live charges are processed.
How do I use a coupon code?
Add products to your cart, open the cart page and enter the code in the coupon field. New subscribers get 15% off their first order with the code from their welcome email.
Do I need an account to order?
No β guest checkout is always available. An account simply makes tracking, reordering and returns faster.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and billing email, or open My Account β Orders for live status and history.
Are your product photos real?
Yes. Every listing uses real photography, and our catalog team verifies specifications per batch so what you see is what arrives.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet β we currently deliver to all 50 US states. International shipping is on our roadmap.
